We have the right to change or discontinue the provisions or any feature on the RBDM webpages at any time without notice, including pricing and access to particular historical records or online services.
SSQ website terms
When you order a historical record, you will be transferred to the SSQ website to complete your payment. By using the SSQ website you agree to the terms and conditions ( https://www.qld.gov.au/legal/disclaimer/ ) contained on that site.
QGov website terms
Your digital image purchases can be made available under your QGOV account so you can download them in future. You will be transferred to the QGov website. By using the QGov website you agree to the terms and conditions ( https://identity.qld.gov.au/help/terms.html ) contained on that site.

Linked websites disclaimer
We make no representations about any other website which you may access through the RBDM webpages, including the SSQ and QGov websites. SSQ and QGov are independent from the RBDM webpages, and we have no control over the content or availability of those websites or services.
Liability and indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree that RBDM is not liable to you, or any third party who claims against you, for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage (including liability in negligence) that may occur through the use of the RBDM webpages or an historical record (for example, without limitation, inaccurate or incomplete information) and you agree to indemnify RBDM against all claims for loss or damage and any other liability arising out of your use of the RBDM webpages or an historical record.
For more information consult the disclaimer statement ( https://www.qld.gov.au/legal/disclaimer/ ) on the Queensland Government website.

You do not acquire ownership of any intellectual property rights in any part of any historical record by virtue of this agreement. Except for purposes permitted by the Copyright Act 1968, RBDM does not grant you permission to resell, reproduce, swap, share, trade, copy, adapt, publish, distribute or commercialise a historical record.
For more information consult the copyright statement ( https://www.qld.gov.au/legal/copyright/ ) on the Queensland Government website.
Use of historical records
You agree to use any historical record which you purchase from RBDM only for your personal and non-commercial purposes.

RBDM is not responsible for any problems with your computer hardware and software, computer settings, printer hardware and software or your ability to download, store or print a purchased historical record or any problems with your telecommunications services, or internet service provider.
